Research In Whole Cell Vaccine Development

Dr. Charles Wiseman MD, FACP, is Chief Scientist of Wiseman Research Initiatives, LLC (the “Company”). Dr. Wiseman is a nationally-renowned cancer researcher with a private oncology practice, whose ground-breaking work in immunotherapy vaccines has led to impressive results in the treatment for advanced cancer of breast, lung, melanoma, brain, and other tumors.

Dr. Wiseman’s development of his own genetically-engineered cell line vaccine has shown significant promise in early results from pilot studies for patients whose advanced cancer is resistant to other methods of treatment.

  1. His genetically-engineered whole-cell vaccine (SV-BR1-GM) has received FDA permission for human clinical trials to be conducted on selected cases of breast, lung, ovary, pancreas and prostate cancer.  Recent and current trials include experimental (Phase 1) research, and a new Phase I/II protocol incorporating all his latest discoveries.
  2. Efficacy of this vaccine is supported by the rapid induction of remission and re-induction of remission, including brain metastases.  Details of some of this work are published (see attached and also www.wisemanoncology.com).
  3. The effects of the vaccine program indicate potential synergistic roles in combination with currently available biological and pharmaceutical agents.
  4. Patents pending (June 14, 2004, US 10/868094) and International (December 14, 2005; PCT/US2005/045840) & (June 8, 2005; PCT/US2005/020137).
